Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must use a track-and-trace method.
  • The return label is the customer’s responsibility.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service
    Email support@avitaleaves.com with your order number and request a return. We will provide the correct return address.
  2. Ship the item
    Send the product to the address provided. Returns sent to any other address will not qualify for a refund. Retain proof of shipment (tracking number and a photo of the returned item and packaging).
  3. Refund
    Once we receive and approve the return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Faulty or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email support@avitaleaves.com with your order number and photo(s) within 5 business days of delivery for assistance.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. Please place a new order if you need a different item.

Exceptions & Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Products show obvious signs of use.
  • Items are not in their original condition or are missing parts not due to our error.
  • Returns are shipped more than 30 days after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hygienic or personal-care items (including underwear, swimwear, opened personal care or health products, medical equipment, etc.)

Shapewear, underwear, and cosmetics/creams/oils cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Additionally, customer results may vary. We do not guarantee that customers will achieve the same results as described on our landing page, as this depends on the individual.
Consume our products only as directed on the packaging.
